Stallion Custom Clothing has been designing and cutting custom premium suits in Sydney since the early 2000s.
Stallion Custom Clothing specialises in bespoke and made-to-measure menswear in Australia, tailored for business, weddings, formal events and elevated casual wear. With over 20 years' experience designing custom made premium suits in the latest fashion styles, we deliver expert craftsmanship, premium fabrics and a precise tailored fit.
Our range includes custom three-piece suits, two-piece suits, tuxedos and custom made shirts, as well as tailored separates such as jackets, trousers, waistcoats, overcoats and chinos. Every garment is individually crafted to fit perfectly, offering timeless style, comfort and confidence for every occasion.
What has not changed in twenty years is the part that matters: a man comes in, we measure him properly, and he leaves with something that fits. Fashion moves, cloth changes, the cut of a lapel goes in and out. Fit does not go out of style.

How we work
Four steps, no shortcuts
01
Consultation
We talk through the occasion, the look you want and your budget. Bring in a jacket you already own, whether you love it or hate it. It tells us a lot in five minutes.

Measure & Select
We take over forty measurements and check your posture, including sloping shoulders and uneven arm lengths. Then we pick the cloth, lining, buttons and every other detail together.
03
Cut & Make
We draft your pattern, cut the cloth by hand and build the jacket around a canvassed chest. The canvas moulds to your shape over the first year and keeps the jacket sitting properly.
04
Fit & Finish
You come back for fittings and we adjust until the collar sits flat and the sleeves hang right. Nothing leaves the shop until you are happy with it.
